Jumping Horses

Hello Loviesssss,

How are all doing? I always try to blog on mondays but yesterday was one mad day at work. I almost got into trouble with my boss because he thought he gave me an instruction he didn't; this made me go all the way to Lagos state secretariat for a meeting and everyone knows how terrible i am with that part of lagos. I decided however that instead of getting into trouble with the LASTMA officials, i decided to play smart.

When i got to the popular traffic light that leads you to the secretariat (ALAUSA), i parked and asked a lastma official for directions and the guy offered to take me there himself. I was hoping i wouldn't have to pay for the help. Long story cut short, he was really helpful and of course i paid for the help. He even said i should call him if i have any issue with LASTMA or if i need LASTMA officials for my wedding...LOL. The power of....'thank you for helping'.

Anyways on to today's post; i wore this outfit to church on sunday. The skirt fabric is actually one of my mummy dearest wrappers i converted. Its an original hollandis fabric, called the jumping horse.
I decided to pair it with this simple yellow bell sleeve top. I noticed anytime i wear this top, i look like i am bleaching....abeg i am not o...lol. I think the color works well on my skin...LOL.
I also thought to jazz the look up with a brown leather sash and red pumps.

Thanks for always reading my lovies.

xoxo.

  3. I'm glad everything went well with work in the end because I hate when there is friction at work. I get all panicky and sweaty lol. Anywho, onto the outfit: you look beautiful. I love the way you wear colors. That skirt is such an attention grabber. I need to step my church fashion game up clearly!

Your whole outfit is very lovely and simple, the thing i like about you is how you don't try too hard and over accessorise or over clothe, you always just get it right with simplicity.
